Our Certified Technicians have a minimum of 10 years’ experience & specialize in onsite restoration of transit related damage.
This eliminates inconvenience to the claims customer by restoring all items on our initial trip.
Our itemized reports include descriptions of the claimed items, the damage & solution suggestions on all items along with the replacement & repair costs claimed.
Keeping in mind the instructions provided on the initial assignment to us & if there is visible transit related liability.

We provide
a personalized approach
Approximately 98% of customer’s restorations are completed on our initial inspection trip & onsite if
authorized. This alone saves you money!
Back at our home front we have a full 3000 sq. ft. shop that we can & complete more in depth restorations if necessary.
Items that we are not able to fully restore directly through our shop we have a full network of reliable & insured outside sources we can and do rely on from time to time.
Our staff is fully trained in Transit Related Claims Liability & Industry Standard Restorations. We handle your large VIP National Account Customers, your COD customers, Military Personal, along with anyone that falls in between.
Handling Military Claims are one of our specialties. These customers continue to assist us in developing our recognized expertise in furniture restoration claims field.
